Winter Sunset - A, B or C?

Normally when I'm going through photographs I know exactly which version of a scene I like best, but this time I couldn't choose - I mean, with elements like these it's hard to go wrong!  Which one do you like best - A, B or C?  I'd really like to know -

They are all beautiful - but I think I slightly prefer A. I like the unfolding layers of mountains and cloud, light and darkness, which gives distance and space.

I'd go for B, Joan. It's the soft roundedness of the foreground that draws me in. But you're right - they are all beautiful

I'd go for C. I like the height if the portrait format. Sorry that doesn't help does it? One vote for each so far/

All are beautiful, but my favourite is A. Because it's first, or maybe the definite planes?

All wonderful sunsets, even if the same shot. I'd go for B - mainly because there's a sense of "recognizing" the shoulder of hill directly ahead, but there's light beyond.

(I find my choice a little odd as, when I take a photo, I usually opt for portrait format myself.)

Thanks for interesting comments - I guess they're just doing different things and so can be liked for different reasons. So good to have other pairs of eyes to ask!
